Wizard of Oz Preschool paint party

Follow the yellow brick road was the theme of this fun birthday paint party!  My little's made fingerprint flowers and their hand print was the Emerald Tower.  They turned out so adorable!!  

6th grade Giving Tree Scratch Art... Scratchtastic!!

My students made their own scratch art pieces.  We are working on our Random Acts of Kindness week and I used the special book The Giving Tree as our literacy piece this week.  Lot's of great discussion came from these.  This also followed our color theory study where we began learning about primary and secondary colors.  Think their pieces turned out fabulous.

Little Angel Collages.  We used sheets of music for the background and then painted our abstract angels on the next layer.
